There is always a physician on call after hours who may be reached for emergencies by calling the office main line.

Referrals:
The practice is a referral based practice and almost all patients are adults and referred by their primary care providers.

Cancellation Policy:

Patients are seen by appointment only. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we require at least three (3) business days’ notice.

• Office Visits: A $50 cancellation fee will apply if no notice is provided within three business days.

• Procedures: A $75 cancellation fee will apply if no notice is provided within three business days.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care.

Insurance:
We accept almost all major insurances, and co-pays are due on the date of service. For your convenience, we accept major credit cards.
